Sessions are a maximum of 60 minutes in length. The option exists for in person sessions at Heather's office or by secure video-link from any electric device that has internet. Review our available options and fees below.

Introducing our Serendipity Premier Package: Experience the highest level of care and support on your therapeutic journey. With a maximum of 12 sessions spread over a flexible time frame of up to six months (24 weeks), this package offers the perfect balance between commitment and adaptability. While Heather recommends weekly meetings initially, she understands that each situation is unique, and together, you and Heather can tailor the schedule that best suits your needs.

Heather's expertise is available at a rate of $300 per session hour for her normal flat rate. By opting for the Premier Package, you gain even more value. With a one-time upfront payment of $3,300, you not only secure your spot but also receive a complimentary session.

Similar to our Premier Package, the Serendipity Flex Package provides exceptional care and support of 12 sessions, but with added payment options. You can spread your payments of $1,150 over three months, allowing for greater financial convenience. While the discount is not as significant as in the Premier Package, you still receive the same level of expert guidance from Heather. Experience the transformative power of therapeutic coaching and EMDR with the Serendipity Flex Package, designed to meet your unique needs

Introducing the Serendipity Targeted Trauma Package: Overcome the barriers holding you back from your true potential and desired self. This specialized package is specifically designed to address specific traumas or obstacles that may be hindering your progress. Through a focused approach of 3-5 sessions, Heather will guide you towards healing and growth. Prices range from $825 to $1,375, depending on the number of sessions required. Additional sessions are available at $300 per session as needed. Take the courageous step towards transformation with the Targeted Trauma Package and reclaim your life today. 

***Please note that this package is designed for those that have already done extensive work on past traumas such as in Serendipity Premier and Flex Packages. You must schedule a One on One Connect with Heather to ensure you meet this criteria.***

Heather is ready to meet you where you are on your journey to heal and thrive with your authentic self. Single sessions with Heather are $300 per session hour.

In this virtual setting, prospective clients have the opportunity to connect directly with Heather. During this 15 to 30-minute session, Heather will explain her approach, allowing you to gain valuable insights into her expertise and the benefits of therapeutic coaching with her. This personalized interaction creates a space for you to ask any questions you may have, ensuring that you feel comfortable and informed before embarking on your therapeutic coaching journey. The One On One Connect session is available for a one-time fee of $40, providing you with a convenient and affordable opportunity to connect with Heather and discover the possibilities that lie ahead.
